The Art of Plate(ing)

I had the chance to work with one of my favorite neighborhood bistro’s in Chicago. I lived in Bucktown for a number of years and this was one of my go to spots for causal yet up scale French dining and it was an honor to shoot with them for a piece in Plate Magazine.
